on admission or during your stay. These will be charged to your personal account.

Special Diets
If you require a special diet, please let us know on your pre-admission. We
have a range of specialist menus to meet any dietary requirement.
Room Service
Diani Beach Hospital Chef will be pleased to provide room service for snacks.
Please ask for room service menu from the Nurse Station /Guest Relation Officer.
Secretarial services
The hospital can arrange faxing and photocopying for you if necessary during
your stay for a small charge.
Security
All members of staff have personalized security tags to allow access into
hospital. For security reasons, we ask that your visitors report to main reception
and to the nursing station before entering your room.
Smoking
Visitors are not permitted to smoke in the hospital
premises. If they wish, patients may smoke cigarettes in their rooms, but
cigar smoking is not permitted. We also ask that patients refrain from smoking
when hospital staff is present in their room.
Soft Drinks and Mineral Water
Are sold at the hospital pharmacy. Please contact the Nurse Station.
Tips or Gratuities
Diani Beach Hospital employees are professionally
committed to making your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our
employees are pleased to be at your service and our hospital policy does not
allow them to accept tips.
