Settling your account if you are insured

Diani Beach Hospital is recognized and affiliated to most local and international insurance companies and their correspondents -
Local: AAR, Heritage, RHEAL, Health First, Good Health and BUPA.
International: Mondial Assistance, Medicall, ADAC, Elvia, IMR, Europe-Assistance, Mercury, King-Fisher, Inter-Partner Assistance, SOS, BUPA, AXA, and many others.

Once you hand over your insurance papers to our administration office, they will do the rest. You may however need to pay policy excess (if applicable) and any extras.

Settling your account if you are paying yourself

You may pay by cash. (Kenya Shilling or equivalent in any major foreign currency) Visa, Master or Euro cards, Travelers' Cheques.

You will get a detailed invoice with a receipt and medical report that you can use to get reimbursement.

Where to pay
Payment should be made at administrator's office before you leave the hospital. Whilst all efforts are made to present a full and final account at the time of your departure, there may be occasion when the final bill is not ready at departure time and you may have to come back at an agreed date to settle the bill.
